At Summit Osteo and Performance in Ringwood, we treat a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions — from everyday aches and pains to complex sports or work-related issues. Osteopathy combines hands-on treatment, movement advice, and exercise-based rehab to not only ease symptoms but also address the underlying cause of pain.
Osteopathy can help relieve tension, stiffness, and discomfort caused by poor posture, overuse, or injury. Hands-on treatment and tailored exercises aim to restore mobility and reduce pain.
By improving neck and upper back function, osteopathy can ease stress-related headaches and migraines linked to muscle tightness or joint restriction.
Shoulder injuries such as impingement, bursitis, and rotator cuff strains respond well to osteopathy, which focuses on restoring movement and reducing inflammation.
Lower limb pain and stiffness — from sprains and strains to overuse injuries — can be treated with a combination of manual therapy and strengthening rehab.
From muscle strains to joint sprains, osteopathy helps athletes recover faster, prevent reinjury, and return to peak performance.
For ongoing conditions like arthritis or persistent musculoskeletal pain, osteopathy provides gentle support to improve function and quality of life.
